Advanced Interlock & Flat Seaming Machine – Features & Applications

• General Seaming / Bottom Hemming:
  This base model interlock sewing machine supports double-side cover-stitching and is ideal for various sewing tasks including plain seaming and bottom hemming for underwear, sportswear, and more. Comes equipped with an adjustable hemming set for versatility.

• FFD / FFP – Tape Binding with Elastic Band:
  Features a top feeding device that controls the elastic band’s tension for waistband and leg opening joining.

  • FFD: Gearbox type for precise tension control

  • FFP: Spring type for simple tension control

  • Knee-push controller adjusts band position at the start and end.

• FQ – Tape Binding:
  Designed for binding tape on neck or leg openings of garments like T-shirts and underwear. Optional electric (FEC) or pneumatic (FAC) tape cutters are available to improve tape usage and sewing efficiency.

• Ornamental Tape Binding:
  Suitable for decorative tape binding on neckbands, cuffs, and bottom hems of T-shirts and shirts.

• Overlock-Seam Covering Stitch:

  • FDC (Fold-down type): 4-thread covering stitch

  • FDE (Flattening type): 3-thread covering stitch with additional overlock seam guide included

• Elastic/Lace Attaching with Right Fabric Trimmer:
  Ensures smooth elastic or lace attachment on women’s underwear using top feeding devices and an electric digital controller for consistent tension.

• Tape Feeding Systems:

  • FC: Mechanical

  • FE: Simple electric

  • SMK / STC: Electric metering or tension sensor types

    • Available in variants to support clutch motors, servo motors, or both via synchronizers/encoder cables

• Fine Tape Binding (with Right Side Fabric Trimmer):
  Optimized for women’s underwear or T-strings. The fabric edge is trimmed before tape binding for accurate sewing.

• Pintuck Seaming:
  Creates decorative raised stripes on jeans, sportswear, or other apparel with the option to add internal stripes for enhanced design.

• Belt-Loop Seaming:
  Designed for mass production of belt loops using pre-cut tape.

• Tape Attaching – Two Needle, Two Looper:
  For reinforcing and decorating cross seams in men’s briefs and sportswear.

  • Models: U712 (10mm finish), U712A (12mm finish)

• Tape Attaching – Four Needle, Two Looper:
  For heavy-duty cross seaming reinforcement and decoration in men’s garments.

• Lap Seaming:
  Features independent adjustment of left and right feed dogs, ensuring perfect alignment and symmetrical stitch length on trousers, jeans, and casual pants.

• Pocket Lining Seaming:
  A 3-needle, 3-looper, 1-spreader machine optimized for joining shell fabric and lining in trouser/work pant pockets with high efficiency.

• Four-Needle Flat Seaming:
  Used for binding on leg/neck openings of underwear and T-shirts. Can be paired with electric (FEC) or pneumatic (FAC) tape cutters.

• FFT – Top Feeding Function:
  Uses a patented back-and-forth feed dog mechanism offering larger effective stroke and improved fabric feeding stability.
