Double stepper motors drive for the perfect coherent movements

The bottom stepper motor controls the double knives thread trimmer and presser foot
lifter, and the right side stepper motor controls the stitch distance and reverse stitch. The
computer control technology integrates every function of the sewing machine, and realize
the perfect coherent movements.

 

Starting with micro-bird nest, ending with short thread head, for the beautiful sewing
quality

Due to the perfect coherent movements, it requires a very short thread head at the needle
at the sewing starting, which significantly reduces the bird nest on the bottom side. The
double knives thread trimmer is very stable, and it makes the ending with Max. 3 mm
thread head, which realize the beautiful sewing quality.
